It is with profound heartbreak we announce the tragic passing of our beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend to many, Leyan Hnatishin on September 27, 2022 in Vancouver, BC at the age of 42.
She will be forever lovingly remembered by her heartbroken children Freya and Logan and the father of her children Brad, her mother Noreen, her dad David, brother Dayne (Deandra), extended family Waltraud, Otto and Robert, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour, MB.

This was shocking and so tragic. I worked with Leyan and would be dealing with her almost every day for the last year. She was wonderful to work with, and will be greatly missed.
It was with shock and much sadness on Wednesday when we learnt of Leyan’s passing. Leyan was a great person to work with. She was always upbeat and a friendly voice on the phone. We regularly used to chat and joke about the weather “up there in Kelowna”. She will be missed by many. Condolences to family and friends. Robert McCullough
