Passed away peacefully after a brief illness in her 91st year. Loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be especially missed by her daughter Darcy, son in law David, grandchildren Ben and Samantha, great grandchildren Wesley and Sheldon. She is now reunited with her beloved “Willie”.
Audrey worked at Northern Electric in Lachine where she meet her husband and later after raising her children she worked at Simpsons in Montreal. She had a very active life and enjoyed travelling and square dancing. She loved spending her summers at her trailer in Isle La Mott. She was also a member of the 55+ club in Chateauguay for many years. One of the things that she will always be remembered for is her gift of gab. She loved meeting new people and always had a story to share.
Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Residence Elizabeth Noonan for their exceptional care. A special thank you to Dani (Happy) and Shelby who went above and beyond in their care. Also a big thank to the staff at Le Petite Benard in Huntingdon for their loving care during the last two weeks of her life. Words cannot express the gratitude the family has for Marlene Sim who was her caregiver and companion. Her compassion, care and dedication are beyond measure. Our family was very blessed to have Marlene in our lives.
Don’t dwell on thoughts that cause you pain,
We’ll see each other once again,
I am at peace, try to believe,
It was my time, I had to leave…
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Audrey Moore nee Davies 1931- 2022..
