CONSITT Kenneth Ray of Exeter formerly of Kippen 2022

Passed away peacefully at South Huron Hospital on Friday, September 16, 2022 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of Marg (Campbell) Consitt for 66 years. Cherished father of Mark and Sandra Consitt, Deborah and Ron Denys, and Beth and Rob DeKoker. Adored grandfather of Brandon, Ryan, Sean and Lexy; Marsha, Jason; and Melanie. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Audrey and the late Glenn Koehler. Sadly, missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son Les Consitt, brothers and their wives, Jack and Margaret Consitt, and Elmer and Anna Campbell.
Ray farmed in Tuckersmith Township his whole life. A variety of crops from sugar beets, cucumbers, colored beans and even peanuts. He also had milking cows and then switched to beef cattle. Farming his land was his love. Ray enjoyed a good card game, horseshoes, golf, curling with the whole gang, camping and fishing on Lake Nipigon, and watching his grandsons play hockey.
Special thanks to the staff at Queensway Long Term Care Home for the care they provided Ray over the last year. Also to the Doctors and Nurses at South Huron Hospital.
Visitation will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street EXETER, on Tuesday, September 20th from 6 – 8 PM. Registration for visitation is appreciated. Please click “Register Now” below to register.
