William “Bill” Earl Martin – age 56 passed away on Friday , September 2, 2022. Bill retired as a chief deputy clerk from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Special thanks to 21st. Century Mortgage Corp. where he was presently working and held the title of Land Home Leader. He was a longstanding member of Rutledge Pike Baptist Church, where he played piano for 30 years . He was also involved with several music ministry programs . Survived by his loving wife, Tonya Chandler Martin; son, Elisha Martin; daughter, Olivia Martin ; mother, Frances Taylor ; brother, Randy ( Misti ) Martin ; Sister, Tammy Martin Rowland (Barry) ; nieces , Zoey Martin and Tori Winkle; nephews Ean Martin and Dustin Carroll; several great nieces and nephews;. The family will receive friends , Sunday, September 4, 2022, from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at Rutledge Pike Baptist Church followed by the funeral service at 3:00 PM with Rev. Dustyn Copeland, Rev. Gary Smith and Rev. Bob Zavattieri officiating , followed by interment in the church cemetery . Pallbearers: Elisha Martin, Ean Martin, Noah Gardner, Jake Riggins, Randy Martin, Steve Summers, Aaron Summers, and Barry Rowland.
