MILLER, Dorothy (Powers) – Peacefully gone to be with her Lord, at Emerald Retirement Residence, on Wednesday August 31, 2022, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Lewis B. Miller (2008). Loving mother of Raymond (Donna) of Niagara Falls, the late David (Dianne) (2022), of Uniontown, Ohio, and the late Willard (Mary Anne) (1988), and the late Carol (2016). Dear grandmother of Terry (Sarah) Miller, Lee (Mark) Beitel, Bruce (Michelle) Miller, Beth Ann (Braydon) Labelle and 7 beautiful and much-loved great-grandchildren. Sister of Marion Jones, of New Brunswick. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Dorothy was a homemaker and a dedicated volunteer with the Big Brothers & Big Sisters Association of Niagara for 20 years and a member of Grace Gospel Church in Niagara Falls.
The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls, on Friday, September 2nd from 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of Dorothy will be held at Grace Gospel Church, 5855 Valley Way, Niagara Falls, on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 10 a.m., with interment to follow in Lundy’s Lane Cemetery.
