Vera Muriel Spicer
1929-2022
Vera Muriel Spicer – age 92, passed
away peacefully in Wolfville Nursing Home, Wolfville, on August 30,
2022. She was born on September 16, 1929, on the Hall Road,
Burlington. She was a daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth (Ogilvie)
Comeau. She was predeceased by husband, Nelson; sons, Keith and Kevin.
Surviving are daughters, Darlene (Philip) Silver and Karen (Leroy)
Kenneally; sons, Eugene (Marilyn) Spicer and Donald (Melma) Spicer;
sister, Frances Fraser; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Mountain Mission Pentecostal Church,
Burlington. There will be no visitation. The funeral service will be
held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 4, 2022 in the White Family
Funeral Home, Kentville. For those unable to attend, there will be a
video webcast at the time of service. Interment will take place in
Berwick Cemetery, Berwick. Donations in
memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral
arrangements have been entrusted to the
