Mr. Bernard Auer of St. Marys, Ontario passed away peacefully in Delhi on Friday, August 19, 2022 in his 62nd year. Cherished son of Karin and Bernard Ternes, Bernie started from humble beginnings, he completed three degrees. This dedication to his education served him well as he had a very successful career across the auto and oil industries in Canada and abroad. In his past time he enjoyed spending time with his family, boating in the great lakes of Ontario and was an avid automobile enthusiast. Beloved husband of Pornkomal “Lita” Chankhian. Loving father of Benjamin Auer and Christopher Auer, and their dear mother Mary Middel. Cherished brother to Suzanne Kozak, Annabelle Gerike and Janet Ternes. A Funeral Service will be held at the St. Alban’s Anglican Church, Delhi on Monday, August 29th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial Donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation can be made at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (www.mfh.care) and will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
