Obituary
Leigh James Bowerin, late of Weyburn, SK passed away August 22, 2022 at the age of 89 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Nelson and Lucy Bowerin; his son James; brother Dean; sister Marilyn Woods; and his grandson Jesse McKenzie.
Leigh is survived by his wife Loretha; his children: Christie (Graham) McKenzie and family: Kaylee (Cole) Rowlett, Shane McKenzie; daughter-in-law Judy Bowerin and her son Cameron; Greg (Joanne) and family: Nicole (Brandon) Sayna and family [Brynlee, Taytum, Breyson], Brodie Bowerin; Lorin (Rebecca) and family Meisha and Mataya; Rory (Lynne) and family, Jaxon and Brett; his sister Kit (Les) Sweitzer; as well as brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Prayers will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK. A Funeral Service for Leigh will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. from RD Family Funeral Chapel, Weyburn, SK with celebrant Fr. Valentine Amobi. Interment will be held at Hillcrest Cemetery, Weyburn, SK with luncheon to follow at McKenna Hall, 317 ~ 3rd Street, Weyburn, SK.
