Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, surrounded by his loving family after a short battle with cancer on Sunday, August 21st, 2022 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Patricia Quigley. Dear father of James Yule (Sharon) of Alberta, Kimberley Yule (Michael) of Barrie, Jenessa Quigley (Jay) of Brampton, Heather Larente (Mike) of North Bay and Megan Singh (Pawan) of Brampton. Cherished grandfather of Brooke, Ashley, Felix, Lucy, Trayson, Jackson, Benjamin, Rebecca, Jaden, Owen, Emma Grace and Harley. Remembered by Ryan Warman. Brother of John (Dorothy), brother-in-law to Joan Yule and Cheryl Yule. Predeceased by his parents Frederick Yule and Rose Jordan and his brothers Ronald Yule and Alex Yule. Fred will also be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, mother-in-law, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Wednesday, August 24th, 2022 from 2:00- 4:00 pm & 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at St. Timothy Catholic Church 42 Dawson Road Orangeville, on Thursday, August 25th, 2022 at 11:00 am. Memorial donations to the Children’s Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Fred in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. Annual Dedication Service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
