Leonard Roanld Harvey Otto, age 85, of Sebringville, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at Stratford General Hospital. Born in Stratford, son of the late Edwin and Pearl (Herlick) Otto. Len is survived by his true love and best friend of 63 years Mary (O’Connell) Otto. Proud father of Anne Marie (David) Hunt, Steve (Jane) Otto, Donna (Daren) Murdoch, Nancy (Russ) Hoffman and Kevin (Cheryl)Otto. Grandfather of twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Len will be remembered by his sister-in-law Mary Otto along with the entire Otto family, O’Connell family and his many nieces and nephews. Len and Mary farmed for many years in Downie Township and operated a tile drainage business. Mary and the family would like to sincerely thank all the caring staff at River Gardens Retirement for the wonderful care given to Len. Aside from his parents, Len was predeceased by his siblings Althea (Reuben) Weicker, Lorne (Marj) Otto, Orlene (Mervin) Wilhelm, Dorothy (Carl) Krantz and Willis Otto. The family plans to celebrate Len’s life with a private service and interment in Sebringville Cemetery.
