Obituary
Peacefully David Wynn Cook went on his final journey on August 12, 2022 at the age of 63.
Dave was predeceased by his parents Freda Glenda (Essie) and David Charles Cook.
He is survived by his siblings: Edith, Jim, Linda, Lori, Debbie, Tommy and Tony
His children: John, Samara, Kurtis and Patricia and grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He will be dearly missed by all.
Dave lived his life with dignity, honor and humility. He had an understanding of his place in the larger order of things it entails, without taking his desires, successes or failings too seriously.
Dave had self acceptance, an understanding of his strengths and weaknesses. He had compassion and empathy to others. He was less self involved and more attuned to the feelings of others.
Dave was mindful and focused on the present and grateful for what he had.
A family viewing will take place on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Eternal Grace Funerals
Cremation will follow. As per Dave’s wishes he will be interred with his father at a later date in Elkhorn, Manitoba
