It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Malcolm James Senior “Mack” of Red Harbour announces his passing. Malcolm passed away suddenly in Edmonton, AB on Friday, August 5th, 2022, at the age of 61.
Mack was a man of few words and hated being the center of attention. He loved good music and good food, the outdoors, spending time with his family and regular chats with friends at the wharf. He was most at home sitting behind his guitar, having a few drinks and leading a sing-along. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his sisters, Brenda Rowe and Joan Green (Gary); brother-in-law, Austin Smith; nieces, Lisa Barter (Greg), Cheryl Loughlin (Rex), Fern Brewer (Brad), and Rachel Green; nephews, James Rowe (Pamela), and Jeremy Green (Morgan); great-nieces, Erin, Megan and Clarissa; great-nephews, Alex, Andrew, Jared, Ewan and Sean; plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
Malcolm was predeceased by parents, John & Maud Senior; sister, Eleanor Smith; and brother-in-law, Wallace Rowe.
In honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life to be held at a later date.
In Malcolm’s memory, in-lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wesley United Church Cemetery Fund, Red Harbour.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Wiseman’s Funeral Homes – Marystown.
