Passed peacefully away at the Dr. L. A. Miller Center on Friday, January 14th, 2022, Clementine Anecitus Atkins. Predeceased by her parents Lillian and Nicholas Walsh; and siblings Jim Walsh, Mike Walsh, Nicholas Walsh and Catherine Walsh. Leaving with fond and loving memories, her loving husband John C. Atkins; son John N. Atkins; daughter Nicole Newman; daughter-in-law Pat Atkins; son-in-law Kerry Newman; grandchildren: Faith Atkins, Nicholas Atkins, Holly Newman, Victoria Newman and Ethan Newman; siblings Lucy Walsh and Jane Costello; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and a large circle of family and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Palliative Care Unit of the Dr. L. A. Miller Center and the Canadian Cancer Society for their care and support. Funeral Mass will be held at Mary Queen of the World on Thursday, January 20th, 2022 at 10:30 a.m with cremation and committal at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery to follow. Those wishing to attend the funeral must register with the family. In Lieu of flowers, donations in Clementine’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
