Passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 in her 91st year.
Beloved wife of the late Ken Rashotte and James McDermott.
Loving mother of Patricia Palmateer (Larry), Paul Rashotte (Karen), Debbie Gaylord (Jim), Stephen Rashotte (Jill), Philip Rashotte (Beth), John Rashotte (Aimee), David Rashotte (Micheline), Lori Broek (Allan) and the late Neil Rashotte.
Grandmother of 26, great-grandmother of 34 and great-great grandmother of 1. Predeceased by granddaughter Erin Palmateer and great-grandson Braedon Rashotte.
Theresa was the daughter of the late Rosella & Vincent O’Neill. Dear sister of Vera Fobert, Joan Hewitt and the late Jack O’Neill, Cecilia O’Neill, Eileen Coughlin, Betty Ross, Father Frank O’Neill, Helen Murphy, Tom O’Neill and Mary O’Neill.
Visitation will be held at McCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 137 Colborne Street, Tweed on Friday from 5-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Carthagh Catholic Church, 153 Hungerford Road, Tweed on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at 11am. Interment to follow at St. Carthagh Cemetery.
Donations to St. Carthagh Church Building Fund or Charity of Choice would be greatly appreciated.
