Dieppe, NB. – Ovila Doiron, 88, of Dieppe passed away peacefully on Monday, July 11th, 2022 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton
Born in Richibucto-Village, he was the son of the late Antoine and the late Ida Doiron (Thibodeau).
Ovila will be sadly missed by his loving wife Eva Doiron; his two sons: Daniel (Holly) of Massachusetts, Donald (Annette Surette) of Shediac Bridge; his daughter Denise (Scott) Bullock of Massachusetts; his two brothers: Normand and Robert (Patsy); his sister Lilianne (Donald) Maillet all of Massachusetts; his five grandchildren: Jolaine (Charles), Kevin (Nadine), Thomas (Stefanie), Jeremy (Tia), Stephan; his two great-grandchildren: Joël and Mia; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his three brothers: Ronald, Léandre, André; and his sister Edna.
Visitation will be held at Passage funeral chapel (3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge, NB) from 9:00am until time of service. Funeral service will take place in the chapel at 11:00am.
Donations in memory of Ovila can be made to the New-Brunswick Alzheimer Society.
