Susan “Suzy” Barnes
(1960 – 2022)
It is with deep sadness I say goodbye to my sister, my friend.
Suzy was a vivacious soul. Standing only at 5 ft, she knew how to command a room. She worked her whole life in the hospitality industry, from Luxury Hotels to slinging beer in Main Street bars. She was the best damn waitress by far.
She is survived her sisters Darlene Rosner and Cathy Davidson, nee Barnes, her two brothers Mike and James Barnes, her nieces Emily Rosner, Jordyn Davidson, her nephews Ryan Rosner, Dennon and Taylor Barnes, Brandon Davidson and great nephew Nathan Rosner, many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Suzy had a heart of Gold, she loved her family and friends. Her body, poisoned by addiction and alcohol imprisoned her soul. Now, after death, she has risen as a beautiful butterfly and ascends into heaven.
Fly free dear sister, Until we meet again, I will miss always miss you.
A Celebration of Life will take place in October, her birth month, later this year.
