Obituary of Leonard Follett
Passed peacefully away at Placentia Hospital, January 5,2020, Leonard Follett, age 78 years.
His family- – Margaret, Douglas, James, Mary and Nancy- – extends special thanks to Dr. Robert Power for his care given to Leonard for the past several years. We thank the doctors and nursing staff of Placentia Health Care Centre for their professional and personal care given to Leonard during his stay in hospital. We also extend our thanks to the doctors, nurses and support staff at the dialysis units of Eastern Health. Cremation has taken place.
Update
At Leonard’s request, there will be no visitation at Coombs Funeral Home. Inurnment will take place at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Placentia on Friday July 15, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
Family relatives and anyone who knew Leonard or know Family members are welcome to attend.
