It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the untimely passing of Courtney Rose Renton, of Edmonton, Alberta, on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at the age of 40.
She will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Belinda (Mike) and Larry (Della); her children, the pride of her life Brody and Chloe (and their fathers, Paul, and Kent); siblings: Shawna (Mike), Mandy, Curtis (Ang), and Angela (Joel); and she was a proud Auntie to Cohen, Sophie, Kenzie, Madison, Connor, and Morgan. She will also be dearly missed by her extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and large circle of friends and acquaintances she came in contact with.
Courtney was predeceased by her grandparents, and her special uncle, Lenny. Courtney was born and grew up, in Fort McMurray Alberta. She moved to Cold Lake in 2008 and eventually settled in Edmonton in 2013. After many years in the financial and customer service sectors she was actively pursuing a new vocation that she absolutely loved, in carpentry. She was happiest when going to live music shows or cruising in her car with the volume up. She will be sorely missed.
A viewing will be held July 7th from 1:00-5:00 p.m. at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Homes, 10011-114 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta, followed by a service on July 8th at 2:00 p.m. with a luncheon to follow.
