With broken hearts we announce the passing of Alena on June 16, 2022 at 18 years of age. Precious daughter of Karl and Jelena Muegge. Loving sister of Marisa. Treasured granddaughter of Jovo and Marica Vuletic and Richard and JoAnne Muegge. Loved niece of Petar Vuletic (Natalie), Jovica Vuletic (Gordana), Paul Muegge, Nathan Muegge (Linda) and the late John Muegge. Dear cousin of Marko, Eva, Nadia, Milan, Sara, Noah, Adeline and Emerson. She will be sadly missed by her furry friend Teddy. In lieu of flowers, donations to the John McGivney Children’s Centre would be appreciated by the family. JMCC’s amazing staff provided years of tremendous support to Alena and our family during our journey with Friedreich’s Ataxia. We also want to thank all of our many family and friends for their love and support through Alena’s short but amazing life. Despite the relentless progression of loss Alena endured, Alena demonstrated true courage and determination to live her best life.
Visiting Tuesday June 21, 2022 from 3-5pm and 7-9 p.m. On Wednesday, June 22, 2022 family and friends are invited to meet after 12:00 p.m. followed by funeral at 1:00pm at Families First 3260 Dougall Ave., South Windsor, 519-969-5841. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
