Aurele Lefebvre Friday December 31st 2021

Patient, dedicated, proud family man.
Aurele Lefebvre of Bainsville, at the age of 86, passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General hospital, on December 31st following a brief battle with cancer. Recently predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Faith Lefebvre (nee Lapierre). Also predeceased by his parents Josaphat and Delia Lefebvre (nee Leger), and his three sisters: Jeannette Villeneuve (late Fred Lajoie, late Rudolphe Villeneuve), Marie-Ange Crampton (late Charlie Crampton), Ghislaine Menard (late Arcade Menard). He was the loving father to Monique Koggel (Wayne), Cindy Lefebvre (Allister Bennett), Ronnie Lefebvre (Karen). Cherished grandfather to Kathrine Lefebvre (Rory Cameron), Adam Lefebvre (Elouise Molgat), and great grandfather to Lucas. His loss will be mourned by his many nieces and nephews who loved to visit the farm. Aurele didn’t need an alarm clock to get him to the barn in the morning. His passion for the land and his love for the animals led him to his cherished work place each and every day.
Now, he has gone on to greener pastures to join his wife Faith and our departed loved ones in heaven.
Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Home, Lancaster, 46 Oak Street, 613-347-3629. As per Aurele’s wishes, cremation has already taken place. Due to Covid restrictions, a service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. In memory of Aurele a tree will be planted in a memory woods. A tree grows-memories live. Condolences may be made online at www.munromorris.com
