In Loving Memory of Garry Ricketts 1958- 2022
Garry passed away peacefully after a short illness on Saturday, June Fourth, 2022 at home in Trinity East NL.
Garry was born in Knight’s Cove and was the son of Vincent and Margaret Ricketts (pre-deceased). Pre-deceased by his sister, Alice and brother in-law Leonard.
Garry is survived by his wife, ChristieTavernor; sisters, Eileen (Bruce Fink), Agnes (Leif Bristow), Vera; brother, Brian (Gwen Ricketts), nieces, Vanessa Huxter (Mark Kear), Chelsea Ricketts and Brittany Bristow; nephew Joshua Potter (Merelda). Also great nieces and nephews, Reece Potter, Cole potter, Astrid Kear and Rowan Kear.
Garry lived an adventurous life and touched the heart and souls of those of many who knew him. He really enjoyed cooking, fishing, hunting and being in the outdoors.
During his illness, Garry was greatly supported by his wife, Christie, family, dear friends, neighbours and the lion’s Club.
