Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family. Veronica was predeceased by her parents, Patrick and Marie McGarry, her brothers Donald, Allan and Patrick, her sister Mary, son-in-law Douglas and former husband James. She is survived by her sister Eileen, brother Jack, and sister-in-law Margaret. Veronica’s children, Jim (Pat), Ken (Lynn), Patti, Tom, and Kathryn (Wally). Veronica is also survived by 11 grandchildren whom she adored and 8 great grandchildren. She is fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews as Auntie Vern. Veronica will be cremated at her request and a mass will be said in her honour at a future date. Those wishing may make a memorial donation to the Cancer Society.
