Norman Melvan McMillan
May 3, 1950 – May 24, 2022
Norm passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 in Strasbourg, SK. He was predeceased by his mother Anne. Norm is survived by his wife Judy and their three children; their first born Dallas, who married Dominique Eberts and gave Norm three fantastic grandsons Mackenzie, Taggart, and Cameron; second born, Danette and her partner Jamie George, who blessed Norm with two beautiful granddaughters, Jenna and Jade;
Darryl, last born, married Niki Campbell giving Norm two more delightful granddaughters, Ciannait and Cryssa. Norm is also survived by his father Melvan and his sister Bernice.
Norm did many things during his lifetime . He was a very hard worker and had an amazing work ethic which allowed him to be a great provider for his family. He worked long periods of time away from home when he was long haul trucking and in construction, building roads until farming, which allowed him to be closer to home. Judy, either at home or with him on the road, always supported him as a loyal partner throughout his life. Norm had many interests over the years which included flying, hunting, fishing, camping and motorcycles as well as a few winters in Mesa Arizona.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Dr Heinz, Janelle Hubick and all the staff at the Last Mountain Pioneer Home. Norms family hopes that his passing will bring him much peace.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Conley Funeral Home, Strasbourg, SK. 1-306-725-4000.
