It is with great sadness, we announce that Melisa Ann Blake, of Pembroke, Ontario has passed away after a courageous battle. Melisa Ann Blake leaves behind her daughter Mercades Marie Blake, her dear brother Lerry Blake, loving mother Madge Pellerin and step-dad Pierre Belanger. Melisa Ann Blake will be fondly remembered by everyone in her life including her dear friend’s and family.
Melisa Ann Blake was born in Milton, Ontario on September 12, 1976. She was outgoing, caring, and a social butterfly, she loved helping anyone and loved meeting new people. Melisa Ann Blake also loved talking and spending time with her grandson Sydney and Jerry Blake.
