Rose Ann Marie Urban
October 12, 1956 – May 15, 2022
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Rose announce her passing on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. She was 65 years of age.
Rose’s life will forever be cherished by her husband of 40 years, John Urban; her children, Danny (Brenna) Urban; Lisa (Dylan) Marfleet and Tracy (Trevor) Wood; her grandchildren, Nicole Klepic (Nate MacLellan), and Kimberly Wood; great-grandchild, Jack MacLellan; siblings, John (Gloria) Stromecky, Lorraine (Dave) Kwashuk, Darlene (Roger) Desmarais and Irene Stromecky; sisters-in-law, Maria (Graciano) Grozic, Helena Urban, Cathy Urban and Doreen Stromecky; brothers-in-law, Walter (Eva) Urban, Adam (Catherine) Urban, George (Eva) Urban, Jozef (Denise) Urban. She will also be lovingly remembered by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Predeceased by parents, John and Mary Stromecky; brothers, Carl Stromecky, Henry Stromecky and Leonard Stromecky.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, May 22, 2022, at 3 p.m. at Park Memorial Reception Centre, 11015 – 101 Street, Edmonton.
Rose will be endearingly remembered for her love of family, friends, golf, and pinot grigio.
