Obituary of Blaine O’Bray
Born 2/8/1941 in Cardston, Alberta – Died peacefully at home in Maple Ridge, B.C. 5/4/2022.
Blaine is survived by his loving partner Lynn, daughter Leanne, son Jeffrey, step-daughter Michelle, and step-son Jamie.
Blaine spent his entire working life in the music industry. He learned to play bass guitar in his teens in the late 1950’s and then hit the road to tour all over the U.S.A and Canada with the showband The Note-Ables. Later in his career Blaine and his bandmates started the successful booking agency Noteable Entertainment. Blaine loved to make people laugh, dance, and was a great storyteller.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Newland’s Golf Course in Langley on June 15th from 2-6 pm
