MCFARLANE, John Randall
1922 – 2022
In loving memory of Randall McFarlane who passed away peacefully at Pioneer Manor in Sudbury on May 15, 2022 at the age of 100.
Beloved father of Arlene Wheatfield ( Warren); Sharon Steinke (Greg); Glen (Lori Baker); Ian (Leslie Williams); Janice Chepelsky (Greg); Doreen Keen(Brian); Kathy Stewart ( Scott –predeceased); and infant daughter (predeceased). Randall is also lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Randall was predeceased by his loving wife, Jean (2017); his parents, Alexander and Ella McFarlane and by his three siblings – Ivan McFarlane, Dorothy Ryan & Edna Widdifield.
His family will receive friends at the McDonald Funeral Home, Englehart, on Friday, May 20, 2022 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s – Emmanuel Community Church, Englehart on Saturday, May 21 at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Rotary Club of Englehart; St. Paul’s – Emmanuel Community Church or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
Special thanks to the many caring workers in Cranberry Area at Pioneer Manor who looked after Dad when we couldn’t be there. He loved all of you!
