Obituary for Doris Fraser
Doris Fraser (nee Morgan), 91 year, of Petrolia passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday, May 14, 2022. Doris was the loved wife of the late Ross (2012). She will be missed by her children Joan Helps of Wyoming, Dale Fraser and his wife Debbie of Petrolia, Kathy Fraser of Petrolia, and Mark Fraser and Candace Holmes of Chatham. Doris was a proud grandmother to Jason and Jamilee Helps and their children Jack, Jamison, and Jaylen; Jacki Helps and her son Owen; Jeffery Helps and Rene Coughlin; David and Karrie Fraser and their children Evie, Hope, Deklynn, and Owen; Donovon and Casey Fraser and their son Brooks and Calihan; Darryl and Bin Bin Fraser and their daughters Christina and Naomi; Dallas Fraser and Kristen Ruetz; Morgan Kavanagh; Dayna and Andy Bright and their children Raylynn and Harper; Toni Fraser and Alex Mellis and their children Gracie and Elliott; Ryan Fraser and Jenna Horton; and Leah Fraser and Curtis Helps. Doris was predeceased by her parents Fred and Martha Morgan, sister Irene Caley, and brothers Ken, LaVerne, Clayton, Burton and Robert Morgan.
Visitors will be received on Tuesday, May 17, 2022 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Needham-Jay Funeral Home, 4059 Petrolia Line, Petrolia where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. A private interment in Hillsdale Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to St. Paul’s United Church or the Petrolia Food Bank.
