Robert Kerr Sunday May 1st 2022

Robert “Bob” Warne Kerr
September 25, 1945 – May 1, 2022
Robert “Bob” Warne Kerr passed on at home surrounded by his family. Loving husband to Liz (née Bick) , and father to Kari (Ian), Tim and Ted. Doting “Grandpa”/“Papa” to Hudson and Elinor and fondly remembered by his puppies, Lucy and Pebbles.
Well known and highly respected by all the major organ companies, the music industry was Bob’s passion for over 50 years. He had many memorable experiences including servicing the organ on the catwalk of Maple Leaf Gardens, installing the organ for the Papal visit to the shrine in Midland, and annually installing the organ for St. Michael’s choir school Christmas concert at Massey Hall, to name a few.
A real “Mr. fixit”, no project was too big for him to tackle. Generous with his abilities, he was always available to lend a helping hand. He cherished his summers in Bobcaygeon, and was often found on his boat with a fishing rod not far away. He had a quirky sense of humour. Every time we passed a cemetery, he would say “people are dying to get in there”.
Even though his presence has moved on, the memories are held within our hearts.
His life has been celebrated in a private service with his family. For anyone wishing to make a donation in Bob’s memory please consider…
