Mary Theresa Duquette
Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, following a brief illness on Wednesday May 4, 2022, at the age of 86 years. Mary Duquette (nee Culleton) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Edmour Duquette. Loved and cherished mother of Charlene McLaren (Lyle), Arnprior, Terry Duquette, Smiths Falls and Sharon Popke (Mark), Pembroke. Loving Grannie to Aliya Popke (Austin), Kelsey Popke (Tom), Avery and Chloe Duquette.
Loved sister of Morris (M.J.) Culleton (Faye), Hazel Chassie (Neil) Chuck, and Michael Culleton (Evelyn) . Predeceased by her sisters, Norma Reynolds (late Ron), Linda McLaren, Adele Tallon (late Jack) and brother Loyola (Bud) Culleton. Sister-in-law to Margaret Culleton and Don McLaren (Deb). Mary will be sadly missed by all her nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Mary with her family during visitation at the Murphy Funeral Home, 296 Isabella Street of Monday May 9th from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday May 9th at 10:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 280 Lourdesville Drive Pembroke. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, St. Joseph QC.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations in Mary’s memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or the OSPCA, would be appreciated.
