The family announces with great sorrow her death at Extendicare Timmins on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the age of 97 years. Predeceased by her first husband Jean-Paul Montcalm and by her second husband Erven Perrin. Dear mother of Annette Groulx (Fern) of Schumacher, Tim Perrin of Gold River, BC, Darcy Perrin (Annette) of Edmonton, AB and Dale Perrin (Muriel) of Grand Prairie, AB. Loving grandmother of Daniel (Sue), Kelly-Ann (Derek), Adam, Melissa (Brett), Shawn and Samantha. Great grandmother of Adele, Adrienne, Desiree, Braeden, Morghan, Lucas and Damean and great great grandmother of Cameron and Callie. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughters Madeleine Montcalm and Jocelyne Morel, her parents Antoine and Rita Bourdon, her brothers Louis-Paul and Joseph Bourdon and her sisters Irene Marleau, Marie Unger, Cecile McGirr and Therese Smith. The family would like to thank the Doctors and staff at Extendicare Timmins for the care Lina received. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 1:00pm from the Miron-Wilson Funeral Home chapel (Deacon Michel Neron officiating). Remembrance donations to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 from 10:00-12:45pm at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 150 Balsam St. S. Timmins.
