BAESE: Kathleen “Kaye” Agnes (nee Edwards) – passed away peacefully at her home after a lengthy battle with Cancer, with her husband by her side on Tuesday, May 3, 2022. Kaye Baese of Port Rowan was born on July 9, 1951 and went to be with her Lord and Saviour in her 71st year.
Beloved wife of Phillip Baese whom she married August 31, 1974. Loving mother of Amanda & husband Keith Cameron of Nigeria and Heather & husband Matt Plumley of Port Rowan. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Nathan & Sabryn, Matthew, Holly, Rachel, Joelle, Braelynne, Averil, Curtis and Renee. Dear sister of David Edwards of Nepean, Joyce & Ed Doerksen and Ruth & Dave Reimer all of Port Rowan, Ron & Catherine Edwards of Caledonia, Gord & Jan Edwards of Cobalt and Keith & Ruth Edwards of Oshawa. Kaye will be fondly remembered by the entire Baese family.
Predeceased by her parents Chester & Margaret (Veitch) Edwards and by sister-in-law Beth Edwards.
Relatives and friends will be received at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St. Port Rowan on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8pm. Memorial Service will be conducted at The Mission Church, 1156 Norfolk County Rd. 28 Langton on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 11:00am. A private family burial will take place in Fairview Cemetery, Port Rowan, prior to the service.
The Family has asked that those attending the visitation or the service to please wear face masks.
