After fighting a brave battle, died peacefully on April 22, 2022, surrounded by his loving family at 82 years of age. Beloved husband of Patricia for 55 years. Loving father of the late Gerald Michael John (2013), Leslie Suzanne (Carlo) and Robert Kenneth Sean (Tamara). Treasured Grandad of Mason, Lawson, Payton, Veylyn, Désirée, Alèxton and Élysée. Dear brother of Patricia (Rick). Loved brother-in-law of Sharron (Norm), Craig, Debra (George) and Michael. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all who knew him and was a friend to all. Ronald retired from Bell Canada after 33 years. He volunteered with St. Vincent de Paul and was a member of Telephone Pioneers. If you so desire, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation Tuesday, April 26, 2022 5:00-8:00 p.m. On Wednesday, April 27, 2022 family and friends are invited to meet after 10:30 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11:30 a.m. Families First, 3260 Dougall Ave. South Windsor, 519-969-5841.

  1. Dear Patsy: So shocked to hear of the loss of dear Ron / your beloved partner for so many years. Such a great man with a big laugh and joy in his heart whenever you saw him. Always a big hug and of course a joke of some sort. We are so sorry for this loss. He will be missed.
    Please know that Barry and I will keep you close in our hearts and pray for you as you and your family move through this loss.
    Love to Bobby and Leslie and the grandkids who I can only imagine what a light he left in their hearts and minds forever.
