It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of George Rideout on April 22, 2022 at Bonavista Hospital after a brief battle with lung cancer.
Predeceased by his mother, Edril and brother, Winston.
Leaving to mourn with loving memories his wife Judy of almost fifty years; son, Tracy (Wendy); daughter, Jackie (Corey); granddaughters, Keesha, Faith, and Jade; great-granddaughter, Klaire, his pride and joy; brother, Derek (Loretta); sister, Vivian (Jerry); as well as many nieces and nephews, and a large circle of family and friends.
George was very devoted to his family. He lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed hunting, trouting, gardening and especially backyard campfires with his family and friends.
