Irene Arsenault
1934-2022
Surrounded by the love of her family, at the Miramichi
Regional Hospital, on Thursday, April 21, 2022, Mrs Irene Marie
Arsenault passed away at the age of 87. She was the wife of Ovide
Arsenault. She lived in St-Wilfred. Born May 13, 1934, she was the
daughter of the late Eusebe Gautreau and the late Yvonne Savoie.
Beside her husband, she is survived by her children: Roger,
Raymond (Anne), Angela (Raymond), Armond and Norman (Nicole); her
grandchildren: Jody, Julie-Anne, Rody, Jennifer, Tanya, Jodie, Sarah,
Jeffrey, Rachel, Rebecca, Jody and Joshua; several
great-grandchildren; two sisters: Noella (Faith) and Lina (Paul); two
sisters-in-law: Stella (late Donat) and Henrietta (late David); three
brothers-in-law: Alexandre (Antoinette), Lenny (Maryna) and Alcide
(late Merthel), as well as several nieces and nephews who loved her
dearly.
She was predeceased by a great grandson, Jesse; a
sister, Helen and four brothers: William, Peter, Donat and
David.
The family will receive relatives and friends starting at 7
p.m. Monday, April 25, at Maison Robichaud & Fils, 50, Otho
road, Neguac. The funeral will take place in the Saint- Augustin
church in Lagacéville on Tuesday, April 26, at 2
p.m.
Visiting hours: Monday, April 25, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and
Tuesday, April 26, from noon to 1:45 p.m.
She was the light of her family.
