ZUCHOTZKI, Lori

Sadly we announce Lori passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 62.
Lori is survived by her husband, Jerome Zuchotzki; and her two children Nolan and Colby Lowten; as well as her mother, Vera Klan; and older sisters, Gloria Davidson, of Kelowna; Carolyne Lewis (Bob) of Calgary, and Debbie Whyte (Garry) of Winnipeg.
She was predeceased by her father George Klan (d. 1997); niece Rita Davidson (d. 2015); and her youngest sister Kelly Zuchotzki in May 2020.
Lori (Klan), born in Manitoba, spent the first 13 years in Emerson before moving to Kelowna with her parents and younger sister Kelly. Lori started work early in life by working with her parents at the West Bank Tastee Freez. In her later teens she moved to Calgary, then Airdrie, where she birthed two amazing children – Nolan and Colby Lowten.
She moved back to Kelowna in 2006 And married Jerome Zuchotzki in 2008. Lori and Jerome did amazing work flipping a couple of homes. His gift was remodelling and Lori‘s gift was in decorating and adding the finishing touches – they did great work together with the final project being their home in Kelowna.
She sure loved her house and was always a welcoming hostess. We are sure going to miss those times gathered around her table or in the back yard enjoying tunes.
Lori loved music, festivals, a cool drink in her hand, and a good laugh. Sure going to miss that special laugh of yours, Lori.
In respect to Lori’s wishes, no formal service will be held, but her family and friends will gather at a later date around the fire pit to share memories.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, BC Division.
