Fisher, Zora Rose (nee. Hubble)
Passed away suddenly at Campbellford Memorial Hospital on Sunday, April 11, 2021. Zora Fisher of Norwood in her 85th year. Dear wife of the late William “Bill” Fisher (d. 2002). Loving mother of Dan Fisher (Debbie) of Embro Ont., Dave Fisher (d. Sandra) of Norwood, Steve Fisher of Kitchener, Debbie Fisher-Tytko (Bob) of Norwood and Ken Fisher (Tracy) of Norwood. Sadly missed by 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Sister of Louise Aide of Bellville and Gordon Hubble (Sylvia) of Glen Ross. Sister-in-law of Marie Pearson (Doug) of Campbellford, Stew Fisher (Barb) of Marmora, Garnet Fisher of Mount Pleasant and the late Gladys Ingram. Predeceased by her siblings Albert, Clinton, Evelyn, Marion and Nora. Zora was loved by all of her step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren as well. Visitation will be held on Saturday April 17, 2021 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at Brett Funeral Chapels, at 76 Bridge Street North, Hastings. Pre-registration is required to attend. A private Funeral Service will be held on Sunday April 18, 2021. Cremation to follow. Private Interment at Norwood-Asphodel Cemetery. In memory of Zora, donations may be made to the R.C.L. Br. # 300, Norwood or the Norwood Agricultural Society. Zora enjoyed her last day playing euchre in the sunshine at her apartment.
