Yvette passed away peacefully with her family by her side on August 9, 2021 at the age of 88. Predeceased by her parents Cyril and Florence (MacDonald) Muir, her siblings Lt. Donald, Desilets (Jay), Paul (Leona) and Bill (Donna). Survived by 8 nieces and nephews, 21 great nieces & nephews & 16 great great nieces and nephews. Yvette graduated in 1954 from St Michaels Hospital school of nursing, Toronto. She joined the RCAMC in 1958, retiring 28 years later. Yvette enjoyed, golf, curling, lawn bowls, cycle touring, reading and travelling. She also enjoyed tea parties with her great great nieces as well as special outings with her nieces. Thank you to the staff at Oakpark Retirement Residence and Ottawa Civic Hospital A2 nurses. Donations to your charity of choice gratefully accepted. Interment will take place in Orillia, Ontario at a later date.
