Winston Churchill Urquhart husband of Darlene (Arbeau) Urquhart of Upper Blackville, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital surrounded by his family on Saturday October 2, 2021 at the age of 78.
Born in Upper Blackville, NB he was the son of the late William and Mariel (Arbeau) Urquhart.
He was a retired Truck Driver, attended Miramichi Valley Church, loved his 4 wheeling trips, gospel music and spending time with family.
Besides his wife Darlene, he is survived by his sons Richard (Angela), David (Rhonda) of Upper Blackville, his grandchildren Brandon (Laura), Melita Storey (John) of Doaktown, Logan and Cassidy at home, great grandchildren Luke, Ruthie, Ryan and Abigail, special cat Lily.
He was predeceased by his parents, sister Betty Gillespie, brother Darrell, half brothers Ralph, Miles, Milford and Russell.
Funeral arrangements to be announced when completed.
In lieu of Flowers donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

  1. I’m very sorry for your loss, Winston sure was a great man, the last time I talked to him was last fall when I borrowed his little trailer to take my pigs to the butcher. He tormented me to death about raising the pigs and the cost of it. We had a great laugh, will always fondly remember him. My condolences to the family may God be with you during this time.

We are so fortunate to have gotten to know Winston, Darlene and the rest of your families. Such love and care has always shone through each one!! May you find comfort in God, each other and friends.
