He was born in Arnhem, Holland on April 6, 1928 and immigrated to Canada in 1951. Willy worked as a draftsman for the Etobicoke Hydro for 27 years designing for the electrical power grid servicing the local community. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. The family wishes to thank everyone including friends and the medical staff of the Perth hospital for their care, kind support and warm thoughts through this difficult time. A celebration of life ceremony will be planned later in the year after Covid restrictions have been lifted. In loving memory of Willy, contributions to the Great War Memorial Hospital Foundation or the First Baptist Church in Perth would be appreciated.
