Obituary of William Russell Weston
Longstanding employee of J.D. Smith and Sons Ltd. and formerly, the family business of G & C Cartage. Peacefully, surounded by his family at Margaret Bahen Hospice in Newmarket on Thursday August 19, 2021, at the age of 55 years. Beloved husband and cherished highschool sweetheart of 40 years of Bonnie Weston (nee Fraser) of Keswick. Loving son of Doris Weston (nee Bennett) of Holland Landing, the late Russell Weston and son-in-law of Dorothy Fraser of Sharbot Lake. Dear brother of David Weston and his wife Marsha of King City, Brian Weston and his wife Leah of Minden, and Patricia and her husband George McNaughton of Holland Landing. Cherished uncle of Tracey, Jennifer, Russell, Kimberly, Tyler, brother-in-law of John, Linda, Don, Debbie, Michael, Ellen, Donna and their children, Andrea, Michael, Aleata, Laura, Lana, Jesse, Mathew, Carly, Stephanie, Michayla, Cara, Topher, Breanna, Tanya, late Patrick, and their respective families. He will be greatly missed by so many special friends and “Kids” that have been a very significant part of his life. Visitation at the M.W. Becker Funeral Home, 490 The Queensway South, Keswick, on Thursday August 26, 2021, from 6 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Margaret Bahen Hospice and/or the Stronach Cancer Centre, C/O Southlake Regional Health Centre would be appreciated.
