On Thursday, October 28, 2021. Beloved husband of Ida Steinberg Pencer. Devoted father and father-in-law of Gary Pencer and Inna Babina, Max Pencer and Linda Rapp, and Richard Pencer. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Judy and the late Sam Pencer, Nancy and the late Gerry Pencer, and brother-in-law of Brahm and Carole Steinberg, Gerald Steinberg, Robert and Mona Steinberg. Cherished “Grandpa” of Matthew and Michelle, Zachary, Emily and Margaret Sybil; Clara, Harry, Jane, and Sophie; Sammy, and Adam. Sadly mourned by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Jeremy Grushka and the nurses and staff of the Intensive Care Unit of the Montreal General Hospital.
