On May 4, 2021, in Two Hills, Alberta, Mr. William “George” Dion of Kehewin entered into rest at the age of 76 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Arlene; baby girls, Desiree, Shana & Amber; baby boy, Judd (Sheyna); mosom girls, Wyome (Josh), Kayla, Shalissa, Deja, Demaris, Lyric & Lily; mosom boys, Delton & Shayd; capanak, McKennon, Lexi & Luna; tapakomat, Vincent Rain, Lorne Cuthand, Benny Badger & Farrah Cardinal; numerous boys he has raised; brothers, Roland (Florence) & Joe (Ruth); sisters, Madeleine (Bob) Dion-Stout & Alice Littlechild; numerous nieces & nephews. George was predeceased by his baby girl, Nadine; parents, Billy & Sarah; brothers, Alan, Benny, Peter & Lulu; sisters, Theresa, Florence, Roseanna & Maggie; father- & mother-in-law, John Leo & Julia MacDonald. A Private Pipe Ceremony will be held at Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel, St. Paul. A Private Wake will be held at Kehewin Cree Nation, Alberta, with a Private Traditional Funeral & Burial Ceremony at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Cemetery, Kehewin.
