After 29 years of Loyal Service in the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), it is sad to announce that William R. Penney (Bob) passed away suddenly at his home in Victoria Cove, NL at age 70 years.

Bob continued his enjoyment of Aviation Contract Services for many years post Military Career.

Predeceased by: Parents, Isaac Penney (Father), Elizabeth (nee Keats) Penney (Mother); Sisters, Joyce Chislett, Patricia Osmond; Brother-in-law, Herman Russell; Nephews, Dean Penney and Mitchel Penney
Left with fond and very loving memories: spouse, Donna Vivian; daughter, Natasha; son, Duane (Fiancé Hayley); grandsons, Casey and Lachlan McConnell-Penney; brothers, Ivan (Glenda), Leslie (Judy), Jeffrey (Mary), Larry (Valerie), Keith (Arlene), and Paul; sisters, Daphine Russell, Betty Moss (Fraser), Christine Keats (Raymond); brothers-in-law, Howard Chislett and Lawrence Osmond. He will be greatly missed by the Head family; Veronica, Dominique, Emma, Darci and Delaney. He will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and a large circle of friends.
Cremation to follow and at this time no service will be conducted.
