Peacefully on February 5, 2021 Bill passed away in his sleep at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 79 years.
He was predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Ada; sisters Francis and Helen; and brothers Jim, Ed, Ronnie (Ron).
Bill will be sadly missed by his wife Linda; sons Nick and Morgan; daughter Christina (Ralph); step-daughter Tammy; step-son Russell; sisters Jean, May, Vivian (Ed), and Lucy (Richard); brothers Raymond (Olga) and Charles (Marielle); along with grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends; including his good friend Luke.
Bill was born in Teulon, Manitoba but lived most of his life in Winnipeg. He worked at various jobs; Safeway Bakery, Milkman and roofing. He retired from Griffin Steel Canada after working there for over 32 years. Bill was a very dedicated worker. Bill loved living and visiting the country and loved to embrace the country air. He was a quiet man who would always extend a helping hand to anyone in need. In his early years he loved to dance and listen to country music.
We would like to thank all the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital for the kindness and patience that you all gave Bill.
