Born September 30, 1927, in Golden Prairie, SK, Mike Wickenheiser finished a well lived and hardworking life on March 13, 2021 at the Central Okanagan Hospice House.
“Dad, you did well. Enjoy your well deserved rest.”
Mike is survived by his 3 children Denise (Ken) Pratt, Randy (Laurie) Wickenheiser, and Char (Sean) McLaughlin; seven grandchildren Kendra, Lindsay, Tara, Michael, Pamela, Colin, and Allison; and eight great-grandchildren. He was sadly predeceased by his wife of 58 years Teresa “Terry” and by 13 brothers & sisters.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions Mike will be laid to rest with his beloved wife during a family ceremony.
Because Mike fought hard during his journey with cancer, please give a donation to support local cancer care in your area or the local Hospice House in lieu of flowers.
