It is with much sadness the family of Wencil Anderson announce his passing which occurred peacefully and surrounded by family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, December 21, 2021. He was aged 64 years of Five Houses, PE. He will be forever loved by his best friend and spouse of 40 years Elaine Doucette and lovingly remembered as a caring and devoted father to his daughters Kelsey, Candice and Molly Doucette whom he dearly loved.
Wencil is deeply missed by his brothers Freddie (Hazel), Paul (Maggie), Joe (Wendy), sisters Mary Cheverie (Will Riley), Jeanette Stacey, Elizabeth Walsh, sisters-in-law Nicole and Claudette Anderson and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Leo and Theresa Anderson, brothers Eli, Leo, Robert, Billy, Wayne and brothers-in-law Denis Stacey and Max Walsh.
Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home where visiting hours will take place on Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 6-8pm (Vax pass and photo I.D. required). A private funeral mass will be held at the St. Charles Roman Catholic Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. If so desired, donations in memory of Wencil can be made to Parkinson Canada or the St. Charles Cemetery Fund and are greatly appreciated by the family.
