ROSE, Vivian Gloria
Passed away peacefully on March 28 in her 87th year. Loving mother of Chrystal Williams (John), Kelly Loro (Dean), and Kevin Rose. Beloved grandmother of Mariah (Charlie), Vanessa (Ryan), Darren, and Jordan. Special great grandmother to Esta, Mason, J.R., and Daisy. Aunt to Kirk Emberlin, (Kerri, Colin), and Steve Emberlin. Predeceased by husband Irving (1984) and sister Dorothy Emberlin (2010). She will also be lovingly missed by the Cummings, Karolak, and Loro families, as well as the Rose family in Nova Scotia. Viv enjoyed life and fought until her last breath. She loved her family dearly and was up for any road trip, whether to go back home to Nova Scotia, casino’s, or camping. We would like to thank all of the wonderful staff at the Carlisle Retirement Home and St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke, especially Barb and all of the angels on Cedar Terrace for such awesome care, and allowing her to pass with dignity and peace. A private family service will be held on April 1, 2021 at Miller Funeral Chapel, Caledonia. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Parkinson Canada.
