Its is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Vita on November 6, 2021, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 89.
Beloved wife of 73 year of the late Giovanni.
Cherished mother of Antonia (Salvatore), Salvatore (Donna), Carlo (Maria) and the late Pietra.
Devoted grandmother of Josie (Vittorio), Nick, Vita (David), Giovanni, Jason (Courtney), Marcus (Sandy), Julian, Alexander and Cassandra.
Dear great-grandmother of Vittoria, GianLuca, Jaden, Donate, Cambria and Mia.
She will also be missed by relatives and many friends.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Ralph Profetto, the nurses and staff at St. Josephs Hospital and Bayshore Home Care for their care and support during this difficult journey.
Visitation will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 1010 Botanical Drive, Burlington (905.527.0405) on Wednesday, November 10th, 2021, from 5:00pm-9:00pm with vigil prayers starting at 8:00pm. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of All Souls Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, November 11th at 10:00am. A private family entombment is to follow.
