LEBLANC, Victor
Passed away suddenly at Headwaters Healthcare Centre in Orangeville, Ontario on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at age 71. Born in Cap-Pelé, New Brunswick, predeceased by his father Leonide (1971) and mother Yvonne (2004).
Beloved husband of the late Dorothy LeBlanc (2013). Loving Father of Victor Jr (Cherie) and Terry (Cindy). Cherished Grandfather (Poppy) of Alexandra, Victoria, Joshua, Terrak, Landon, Owen and Lindsay. Great-Grandfather (GGpa) of Brighton, River, Theodore, Robin, Oliver, Violet, Avery and Calvin. Dear brother of Leontine Gould (Roger), (Cam) Camille LeBlanc (Lita), Gerene Porter (Wayne), Ronald LeBlanc (Mona) and Marjie Olstead.
Predeceased by his brother Leopold (2013) and sister Carmel (1995) and by his dear friend and confidant, Juanita Chapman Hodder.
Victor was a long time member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 272.
He was a transport truck driver his whole life. He travelled to many amazing places and would often bring his wife Dorothy and Grandchildren.
Victor and Dorothy enjoyed camping at West Montrose Park for many years until Dorothy’s passing in 2013.
In Victor’s younger years, he enjoyed bowling and had many trophies.
In Victor’s later years he enjoyed spending time with family and travelling with his girlfriend Juanita.
Victor enjoyed travelling to New Brunswick to visit his family.
He will be missed dearly.
A celebration of life for Victor will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 272, 26 Schofield Street, Cambridge (Hespeler) Ontario on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
Donations may be made to the Hespeler Legion Poppy Fund.
